CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However, in order to provide the best possible service to all of my clients, I kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: -Cancellations must be made at least 24-48hrs in advance of your scheduled appointment. -If you cancel within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment, or fail to show up without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the appointment cost will apply. -For no-shows, a fee of 50% will be charged to your account. -Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments without proper notice may be asked to prepay for future appointments or may not be allowed to book further services. -I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please notify me as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
